HR Consulting Lead and Business Development

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide strategic HR consulting services to our clients while also driving business growth through client acquisition and development. The HR Consulting Lead and Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ HR strategies, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base.

 

Responsibilities:

HR Consulting:

  • Provide strategic HR consulting services to clients, offering expert guidance on a wide range of HR areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR policy development.
  • Conduct thorough HR assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within client organizations.
  • Design and implement customized HR solutions tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Offer support and guidance to clients on complex HR issues and employee relations matters.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide innovative and effective HR solutions.
  • Prepare bid documents (proposals for different company’s and organizations )

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their HR needs and positioning our services as solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and track sales activities using CRM software.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting, with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition within the HR consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
